Green yellow discharge with blood streak

Since the last one year I've had yellow-green discharge and have been to several doctors taken all anti biotics and nothing ever worked. The problem has gotten so worse that the last one month i started having blood streaks in that discharge and my period blood came with alot of yellow stuff. This month instead of having period I'm having on and off blood mixed with that same yellow green discharge. The ultrasounds show a cyst in right ovary with multiple internal echoes. Hormone and thyroid normal. Rest of the reports are normal but the ESR is quite high. Alot of cramps occur after urinating sometimes. (UTI test negative as well) All doctors point toward an infection but no one is interested in helping me find out or actually treat it or even carry out a test on the vaginal discharge to see what kind of pathogen/bacteria is causing it.
