I had an ultrasound and my liver has shown an increase in 1 cm and my spleen by 2.5 cm..(its 13.5cm now). What precautions should i take?
the doctor i was with wasnt clear to me on the issue.. they also found an infection in my urinal test.. could there be an underlying cause??

Cannot base my opinion just on this ultrasound report, there are a plenty of causes for hepatomegaly and splenomegaly. You could Google if you want to.
So consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
