Grandmother suffering from oral cancer

Oral cancer has been found in the test , her treatment was going on in TATA MEMORIAL hospital Mumbai, but he Dr. said that the operation theatre is not free for next 3 months. She is suffering from lots of pain and fever everyday. her age is around 65 yrs. Can the treatment could be done as soon as possible.
