Grade 1 Sprain Posterior Horn of Medial.
I'm taking calcium, d3, collagen type 1 type 3, colostrum supplement, tendoshot, fish oil capsules, vitamin c. Will my grade 1 tear recover and get back to 100% performance? I'm an athlete. Help me please.

Chiropractic adjustment will help. Quadriceps exercise Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.

For grade 1 tear u need to strengthen ur quadriceps muscle. So consult a physiotherapist otherwise it can aggravate also and lead to knee locking issue
