Grade 1 fatry liver

Asked for Female, 28 Years

During full abdomen ultrasound , grade 1 fatty liver is diagnosed.. I hear sounds from my stomach. And stool color is dark brown. I feel acidic 3-4 hrs / day usually in after lunch. My tummy feels full after one chapati. How harmful is this for my body? Any cure or preacuations.. please suggest

I didn't see any major medical issues to worry from the description given. Anyone overweight can have a fatty liver. If body weight is kept under control then liver fat too gets controlled. See physician if you have any symptoms.
