Gout pain comes back

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Two weeks ago I had extreme pain in my right ankle. Based on my medical history, I took a uric acid test and it was 6.81. So I consulted a doctor and started medicines as prescribed and changed my diet also as advised but the pain is still there and it increases every 48 hours. Kindly help.
