If your saturation is 98% then theres nothing to worry as such.. Don’t panic! You should go for steam inhalation 3-4 times a day. Also lying down prone helps the dependent part of lungs to expand thus helps you breathe. Would like to know the medications you have taken
Is is possible for you to book a consultation? ( need detailed history)
Otherwise plz communeicate with local public health person as soon as possible
Take care
