Got positive results for pregnancy

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi sir/madam, I had 1st baby with tetrology of fallot so baby died, after that my prolactin level was high, after taking 6 months tablets it has been normal, last month I have gone through scanning, my endometrium was thin and at the 14th day it became 7mm by taking tablets, And my egg size was 22mm, and now I got positive result for pregnancy. So which tablets should I take for not having birth defects in future? Please recommend me with the accurate tablet names.. Thank you..
