  3. Got periods twice this month. It be?

Got periods twice this month
On 14th June 2017 I found a positive pregnancy . I took safe abort kit on 15th June and it took 10 days to end up everything. Now on 30th June again I got periods and vomiting, acidity , excess mouthwatering, stomachache all started again. What could it be? A year ago I was also with same symptoms with positive pregnancy test , diagnosed with cyst.
