Got insomiac
I can't sleep and i m facing this issue since I started waking up early at 5:30 for jogging and workout purpose to gain weight ..I have added more calories to my diet as well ...why am I facing this issue? Why can't I sleep .. I use to have very good sleep but idk why is this happening plz help

It may due to excessive exercise and sleeping very late in night. As it aggravates vaat dosh in body which is responsible for insomnia.
Next Steps
get head massage with leuk warm sesame oil before sleeping.  consume dates n drink Buffalo milk at night.
