Hi Saturday morning fell in the bathroom. Got hurt in back below shoulder and near to hand on the back side. Feeling uncomfortable but when ever i cough or sneeze unbearable pain is coming. Entire nerve and tissue is painful. Movement also cause severe pain.

Hello.. Well tissue injury has occurred because of which you have pain...i suggest you to use ice packs for pain and also medications for pain relief..have you consulted a doctor as its better to rule out fractures if any .. otherwise only rest,ice pack and tablets should take care of it ..thank you
