Having pain on upper back side opposite heart ,I m in pain for last 6 years..consult to different doctors they didn't recognise my problem after bone n muscle x-rays and asked for some exercises which are totally useless.. recently I got jerk on the very same area now I can't sleep on my right or left hv to keep my self straight while sleeping otherwise heavy pain occurred right behind my heart..I know this is not a heart problem this is nervous system problem my veins got weaker and may be have blockages or stiffness
