Got few pimple like things in tongue
I chewed tobacco for abt 3 yrs in my schoo.l days.and since last 1 yr am smoking around 7-9 cigarettes a day.
Some pimple like things appeared a few years ago, however not exactly pimples and i ignored it as it was not causing problems..but now a days from last 1 month or so i find some bleeding when i go to brush and use plastic tongue cleaner.
Is there any problem
