Got cut from CFL glass

Asked for Male, 31 Years

What should I do if I steeped on broken CFL tubelight glass and got a small cut? It's been over a month and I have developed a small area which looks infected with pus. When I touch it generates pain also. I had taken treatment from a General Physician and she removed all the pus containing wounded part twice but infection is coming back and it's in the same shape again and hurting. Please help.
