My baby (5months)started having goosebumps type rashes. And red rashes. Applied candid but no help using Allegra not sure if it's helping .. goosebumps rash is spreading now . I keep his skin moisturised with sebamed lotion .. for bath using Himalaya baby bath . Red rashes are turning white after sometime and goosebumps rashes are intact .. any idea how to reduce it ? It's baby skin so not sure what to do pics attached

This looks like atopic dermatitis.. due to dryness of skin...it may be itchy..candid won't help as it is not fungal..just continue applying cold cream twice a day..it will go with time..avoid oil massage
