My grand father has diabetes . doctor told him check your fbs and ppbs every three to six months . And check your blood sugar with glucometer every week . So which blood sugar to be check every week at home by glucometer , FBS , PPBS or RBS ?

Check FBS and PP 2Hr after BF Lunch and Dinner for one week so that you know the trend and how your food affecting your blood sugar levels then take medicine accordingly and keep a watch. HBA1C to be done after 3 months only but if under control then every 6 month . Whenever your father have some sweets or over eats then take sugar level
