Hi there...gonorrhea patients will usually present with pus discharge in the urine, erythema of the urethral meatus, burning micturition. It can be confirmed by sending pus for grams stain and pus culture sensitivity. But there are many other sexually transmitted diseases also which can mimic gonorrhoea like scabies, non gonococcal urethritis, chancroid, lymphogranuloma venereum, herpes. It will need detailed clinical examination. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation
