Gluten and dairy allergy test

Hello Dr, I have chronic/reoccurring folliculitis which does not respond to any anti biotics and even if it's gets clear it will come back after few months.. also I have acne on my face.. what test I can do to check if I have gluten or dairy allergy?? Please suggest test that can be done? And will the test be accurate in problem detection?

Hi U need to get yourself tested for blood sugar fasting and post prandial as you have recurrent folliculitis. Upload your usg pelvis if done. Young females with acne may have pcod who also have impaired blood sugars. For gluten sensitivity there are tests like tTG levels but you need to consult a doctor before testing
