In pregnancy, you need 300-400 calories extra per day. That is one extra meal. Have lots of fruits, vegetables. Have milk/curd everyday. Drink 2-3 litres of water. You didn't mention whether 100mg/dl is fasting, random or post prandial. Visit endocrinologist if it's fasting value. Avoid processed sugar as much as possible
