I have no vision in one eye due to Raina detachment surgery since 8 years. In the same one eye, I have glaucoma after retina surgery but it is without eye pain. Can I discontinue Brivex eye drop as there is no pain? Can Glaucoma in one eye cause glaucoma in other eye too? Thanks.

It's looking much of secondary glaucoma
Kindly get consultation with doctor before stopping the drops
Yes other eye also need complete evaluation to rule out glaucama and retinal detachment
