My child is one mnth old can we give water to our baby or else when can we start giving water to our baby.

Ideally till 6 months the baby should not be given anything from outside, not even water. Only mothers milk is expected. Because it is for the baby's improvement in immunity and avoid any kind of infection for the infant.
Next Steps
Nothing can replace mothers milk. But in some cases where mother cannot feed much or baby's requirements are more cow milk and boiled water cooled to room temperature can be given sip by sip slowly 2-3  times a day.
