You are suffering from periodontitis a severe form of gum disease visit your periodontist and they will provide you with proper treatment plan and according to that proceed. Please dont delay as you have all your teeth affected with infection ( generalised form ).

Hi sir. Gum swelling and mobility in tooth could be because of infection or food deposition or even tooth decay. We might need to make an Xray to know the condition better. In most of the conditions, the tooth can be saved. you will need to visit a dentist for further treatment. And, Overall gum infection can be controlled by a procedure called 'scaling' or 'oral prophylaxis' that is done to clean the teeth and gums, and following preventive care can help regain the original gum strength.

This condition can be suspected as Periodontitis. As we gums got infected and your is mobile, better you approach a dentist so they can proceed with an x ray that reveals condition of your bone. Depending on x ray treatment plan can be decided.
