  4. GINETTE 35. Go high if i miss one dose?

I was diagnosed with PCOS and was prescribed ginette and some extra medicines i missed one day of dose of ginette and had 2 this night in 30 mins of interval... can i still have an intercourse? Is the failure rates go high if i miss one dose? I had 2 tablets today the missed day and current days dose.
