Gilti chest ke bagal me

Asked for Female, 29 Years

From last 4 months i have a gilti beside chest ( below my hand ), Doctor not able to understand the problem.. they only giving me pain killer. Sometimes it is very painful. I don't understand which doctor should i prefer for this problem..who can check my gilti properly. Please help me
