Giddyness and restlessness.
Age 52. When i get up ftom bed i feel giddyness, i wait for 5 minutes then get down. While walking or standing if i turn my head to a side suddenly i ferl giddyness. Some times while sitying also and it will be there for 2 to 3 hours. Feeling restless, less sleep in the night and sleepy in the day. Not able to concentrate on work. Please advise.

How about your BP... Giddiness can also be a cause of anaemia..low level of haemoglobin in blood..So have a blood check for Hb Another reason may be a ear balance problem Anyhow do consult a doctor and please don't let it loose

There can be a lots of reasons for this. 1. Cervical spondylotic changes- if not too early x-ray can detect that 2. Abnormal blood pressure 3.anaemia 4.growths or lesions (internal usually) 5.poor oxygenation due to problem in heart or vessels Well there are lot many possibilities so instead of getting frenzied, mind boggled go consult a doctor and work with him/her on the problem instead of adding unnecessary stress to your life
