Like, brick walk twenty minutes morning and evening.
Steam bath in any center(naturopath,spa) two times a week is very beneficial.
Change of diet
No fat,scanty oil,diet.means all most blend, add salad,either vegetable or fruit salad two times before lunch and dinner.low carb diet, high protein diet is recommended.
Best is once consult a diatician to make one week menue so accordingly you can change your menu according to choice.
Yoga, pranayam are benificial. Ok.
