Getting wet while hugging

I'm concerned and need to ask this. I get wet when I hug my girlfriend for more than 5 minutes and always wet when we cuddle, no sex, then sometimes I ejaculate if we have a tight cuddling for more than 30 minutes. She doesn't like it and ask that I talk to a doctor about it. So I want to ask, is this normal or there is a medical issue. I'm appx 30 years.
