Hi, thank you for sharing your symptoms. The dizziness and spinning sensation you’re experiencing after eating fruits on an empty stomach could be due to early morning hypoglycemia, low blood pressure, or even anxiety. Since you're on Metsmall (Metformin) and have recently started exercising, it's important to ensure your meals are balanced with some protein and healthy fat, not just fruits. I also suggest checking your blood sugar and blood pressure levels during these episodes. Please consult a physician in person to rule out other possibilities like B12 deficiency, inner ear issues, or postural hypotension, and to tailor your treatment and diet plan more specifically.
