It may be Urticaria or she is allergic to something..
I understand ur concern ,but people who are having allergy to some specific thing ,for them the best thing to do it avoid and stay away from that allergen.
Everytime body evokes a allergic response when ever she is in contact with that.
Try to identify from which is allergic..
Any change in the creams ,soap ,food allergies etc.
Next Steps
Visit a Dermatologist to get ALLERGY SKIN TEST.
They inject small doses of 50 different common allergens on her back to know exactly from which she is having allergy .
Once its done u will get to know what exaclty she is allergic to and stay far away from it.
If there is any accidental exposure again and if she develops itching and rash, then u can take these medicines,
Tab.LEVOCETRIZINE 5MG 1 tab
Calamine lotion .
this should suffice.
Health Tips
Caution ! Allergy can have a full fleged reaction called Anaphylactic shock . and also in some food allergies the larnx swells up and closes the throat ,In such condition u should immediately Rush to the Causualty without delay.

If not relieved..cold compress...
Pt aptt platelet count needed to be checked..
Hi!
Itchy bumps in children are due to allergies or urticaria and can be well controlled. 😊
A simple skin care usually help reduce frequency.
Feel free to consult for a proper evaluation and tailored plan for your daughter. 👍
From the history and photos, this looks more suggestive of recurrent urticaria/allergic rash or an allergic skin condition. In children, these episodes can recur frequently and sometimes the exact trigger may not be identified. Common triggers include dust, sweating, heat, soaps, food items, insect bites, viral infections, or environmental allergens.
Next Steps
Avoid very hot baths, excessive sweating, harsh soaps, perfumes, and known triggering foods if noticed.
Maintain a diary of foods/exposures if episodes are frequent.
