Getting Fever

Asked for Male, 37 Years

Getting fever. Vomting feeling. Headache. Etc. after sex. For the past 3 years. Like typhoid symptoms. Urine yellow. Lft test is ok. My homiyopathy doctor said cmv. Hsv infected. Treatment will be end after one year. What further i do. 1. Cmv damaged any part of my body. Or any exposure to any cancers in my body. 2. Hsv 1 is genaral i think . But hsv 2 igg positive is it border line or not in my situation Finally What is my future. I have one kid 3years.
