Getting bedridden due to severe neck pai
My name is Ritesh shah, I am 24 yrs old, I had an car accident due to which my cervical spine is severely damaged,I have diffuse disc bulges from c3 to c7 and straightening of cervical spine with mild reversal of curvature, I was suffering from severe neck pain from 2 years I was getting bedridden from last 3 months from severe neck pain, now I am using pregabalin 300mg two times, nortripityline 15mg two times, and Tramadol 100mg two times , and it provides me sufficient relief now I am back to work, but I am taking this medication from last 6 months and now I am afraid of liver and kidney damage from Tramadol, any doctors not provide me clear answer, if I can't use Tramadol than what should I do, because if I miss my dose of Tramadol the pain again come back, I have also tried a lot of physiotherapy and collar but nothing helps me , doctors also not will to prescribe me another opiate analgesic, doctors clearly refuses to do my surgery can I use tapentadol for long term, please help m

Better to avoid them for long... Actually it is jot advisable. . Etoricoxib is a drug which is safer..  but need to consult your doctor before starting it... Definitive management is required... Taking these meds as symptomatic treatment is not the cure... Consult neurosurgeon
