hello.. masturbation might not be a direct cause of ur back pain... its quiet possible dat it might get aggravated because of any previous back injury or medical ailment like cord compression or nerve injury... doin masturbation fr longer hours might also be a reason...as it fstigues u out... its also possible dat ur position during masturbation is a cause of dis... so i would suggest u to meet an orthopaedician if prob persists
