Gestational diabetes
Hi ... I'm currently 26 weeks pregnant and when I knew I was pregnant in gct my sugar values are little high and doc told me i hv chances of getting gestational diabetes from then I'm checking my daily sugar levels and they r in normal range till around 22 weeks after then it showed little higher side dr kept me on metformin 500 mg at night bcoz my fasting levels r always on 95 r 96 r 94 even after taking metformin then she double the dose to 1000 mg at night still it's showing same values dr suggested to go for insulin should i really have to go to insulin??? I'm confused and scared I'm following strict diet
