Symptoms you are experiencing are mostly due to GERD causing acid reflux.Continue with the medicines for a few weeks to see the progress.Avoid heavy, spicy , oily food, keep a gap of few hours after dinner before you go to the bed.If those symptoms persist , consult a gastroenterologist in your area for a clinical examination and further investigation

You might be having Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease. GERD is a common digestive disorder that occurs when stomach acid flows back into the esophagus. Symptoms include heartburn.
Next Steps
Maintain a healthy weight: Losing weight can help, especially if you are overweight or obese Avoid triggers: Some common triggers include chocolate, coffee, fried foods, peppermint, spicy foods, and carbonated beverages. You can keep a food diary to pinpoint which foods trigger GERD symptoms. Eat slowly: Rapid eating can cause more GERD episodes. Eat at least 1-2 hours before bed: It's harder to digest food when you're lying down. Elevate the head of your bed: Raising the head of your bed can help, especially if your symptoms get worse at night. Don't lie down after a meal: Wait to lie down after eating. Avoid tobacco and alcohol: These can trigger GERD. Take all of your medicines with plenty of water: Make sure to take all of your medicines with plenty of water. Consult with me for better medications.

It appears that your symptoms, such as bloating, acid reflux, palpitations, and a sensation of something being stuck in the throat, could be indicative of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). GERD can cause reflux that may trigger palpitations, especially at night, as the vagus nerve is stimulated. The feeling of suffocation and discomfort during bloating is also common. The stiff neck and shoulder pain may be related to stress, poor posture, or muscle tension caused by the discomfort. Irregular periods may be a separate issue but could also be influenced by stress or hormonal imbalances, which should be investigated further. It is important to note that since your ECG was normal, heart-related causes seem less likely. However, palpitations and other symptoms related to the digestive system should be thoroughly evaluated to rule out other conditions. I recommend lifestyle changes such as avoiding trigger foods, elevating the head during sleep, and ensuring regular meal patterns. Since you're taking Pan D, it's essential to continue monitoring your response to the medication. For a more detailed evaluation and personalized treatment plan, I would advise a consultation. You can reach out to me for further guidance. If preferred, feel free to send me a message on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for assistance.
