GERD & pimples
I'm having cystic pimples on my cheeks specially @ right one & i'm suffering from GERD too. Does these pimples have to do any thing with GERD??? Does GERD cause pimples???

Hi..... Wash problem areas with a gentle cleanser. Twice a day, use your hands to wash your face with a mild soap and warm water.....
Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals.
Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed.
Elevate the head of your bed...
