Gerd, acid reflux
Since two weeks back I'm suffering with gerd as per my symptoms I suffered with acid reflux burning sensation in my chest and chest and breast bone pain the pain moves to left shoulder and lots of flatulence so I take omeprazole 20mg and antiacid for a couple of days later I change my medicine Pantoprazole 40mg for almost two weeks twice a day and metaclopramid suddenly from 11th day I get chills and tremors dehydration sneezing after that I use to take another medicine For gerd I feel better with the symptoms but I don't understand why I felt chills and tremors especially in night I don't have any fever my temperature is 36.6centigrades pulse and heartbeat is normal so in that case how far these chills and tremors related with gerd? What kind of diagnose I need to do? If I take paracetamol I'm OK if not it continues need a answer please what I need to do? What medicine I need to take? How can I oercame with this problem please help me with kind regards

Afebrile Chills and tremours are not the symptoms of GERD. If you get such problems in future get your urine and blood culture,QBC for micro filaria ,CBC be tested.
