Is that causing you any problem? Has that affected you in any way? Is that causing a problem for you to get the job? Most often Genu Recurvatum is a normal variant and is not a cause for concern. Since you have not noticed any issues until the time someone mentioned it to you, my guess is it has not given you any problems till date. Please leave it alone. Hope this helps.
