Genteal gel
Most respected opthalmologists here 🙏🏻. Can I instill Genteal gel twice a day, along with lubimoist eye drops also twice a day. Keeping a 4 hour gap between these. Genteal gel once at noon & once at bedtime. Morning -Evening lubimoist eye drops. My eyes are sensitive and get severely dry & suffer from MGD as well. Warmest Regards 🙏🏻

Hi there. You can use genteal. If there is a documented evidence of severe Mgd, there are better drops than lubimoist and further treatment options including IPL therapy. Warm compresses can help with relief in mgd related dry eye. Get a proper ophthalmic consult and decide on further management. Regards.
