If you have active HPV infection or genital warts it is advisable to go for elective cesarean section and not a vaginal delivery ..also treatment is available for HPV so kindly Consult a gynaecologist near you..

Yes you can give.Yes it is sexually transmitted disease not vertical transmission means baby is not going to affect by HPV.It is precancerous lesion but no effect on baby and even she can feed to the baby.
