Genital Rubbing. No pain is there insde!

My friend visited a massage parlour and he had an incident. It was a body to body massage with soap. So during the act the vagina of massage lady touched his penise.after which he kissed her and she mastrubated him. No intercourse. Now my friend is in tension related to STI. he visited a doctor on the third day of this incedent and doctor got him tested for HIV 1/2 AND Vdrl result came negative. And doctor suggested to do it again after 2 weeks for conclusive test. He again done the test on 20th day for HIV 1/2 - P24 antigent test and VDRL results of which were again negative. He life was fine and very happy after it. But now after 45days of the incident he felt something on outer of his penis some kind of pinching as if something is pinching... there is no rash or no wound on it. He told me that thr was a very small mole kind of thing from last so many year which he scratched 2 weeks back. Also he found some blue patch inside the penise mouth may be a vain. But no pain is there insde
