Genital pimples since 2 days
I am a 25 year old, newly married female. It started with 1 pimple an has increased to a few in front and back genital area. Its painful and uncomfortable. I recently had my periods. Not sure if the reason for pimples is sanitary pads, condoms, new soap I have been using or heat. Never had this problem before. Please advice what to do
