I have a small mole like bulb on the left side of the head of my penis. Nothing hurts, sex is great, I go to bar. It has a very small head that I can't pop, even if I could I'm not sure if I'd want to. It has been there for about a year. I'm usually safe with sex, but there have been a few slip ups.
