Genital Erruptions. Help me out doctor.

Dear doctor iam a 19 year old male who has had a few sexual partners none of them visibly infected. I have not had intercourse but have had genital contacts. I dont know when this started but i experience recurring eruptions on almost the same spot in my pelvic region but i have never got them on my penis or scrotum. And my penis and scrotum are completely alright. The eruptions are not very painful. And there is no tingling or itchy feeling during the onset. Usually i start feeling a lump with small pain and then the eruptions appear and they burst the next day and get healed immediately in one or two days. And there is only minimum pain and burn and the wound lasts only for a day or two and heals immediately. I also have jock itch. So iam all concerned about what these eruptions mean and why do they reccur. Iam afraid that they may be Herpes. Iam attaching the stage by stage photo of the eruptions all of which happened in just 2 days. Please suggest and help me out doctor. Thank You.
