Genital Area small painless bumps

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have little bumps on my penis gland and the shaft and penis gland skin is very wrinkly and sort of has the same bumps on it. It is not itchy or irritating but just embarrasing. I have photos I could send for a better understadning. PLease help me . Thank you doctor
