Genital area itchy ,warts around the ana

My genitals area is itchy,i have genital warts around anal area.one the side and top of the genital external. Im overweight,about 97kg.. I been in a relationship for one year now n sexually active but we broke off due to personal matters. The skin around my inner thighs is black due friction and im overweight. The skin gets to be dry n comes off as dead skin.
