Genetic problem pregnancy was not normal

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My wife had abortion of 5 months baby in her 7 month of pregnancy, doctors said that baby was not growing in normal age,he was 4 weeks late from his age,my wife also dripped water by doctor in her last month of pregnancy as doctor says there baby is dry in stomach, kindly suggest

Take second opinion and get done Doppler ultrasonography so condition will be clear.If baby weight is around 2kg and liquor is less then go for direct caesarean section and baby will admit in NICU.
