Hey, I am 27 now and don't have any issue but just asking for general knowledge. Due to busy, hectic and stressful lifestyle sometime we face issues while maintaining out healthy lifestyle but I am into fitness and eat most of the times healthy meals only. Yes, i take some supplements also like Whey Protein, Glutamine, Multivitamin multiminerals and some Ayurvedic things too.
My concern is as my plan is to marry around 29 not now so what needs to be done to take good cafe of fertility health so they cannot be any issue while family planning.
