Asked for Male, 25 Years

If baby is 1 day-1 year old in this age range if he catches common cold with nasal watery discharge should we wait to recover spontaneously or we have to give medicine to take? If we give medicine should it affects immunity?

You may give saline Nasal drops in case there is Nasal block , humidification of the room in which the baby sleeps , paracetamol in case there is fever . But mostly antibiotics are not needed and they would reduce the immunity of the child
