My mother is 78 yrs old... completely bed ridden for the past 6 months...also hospitalized in d past...we do regular check up at home through rmo from hospital as unable to take her personally to hospital...all medicines are prescribed by rmo not MD from d hospital...but for death certificate MD doctor required to perform last rites......we faced problems in d past...what we should do?
