Now the day i am taking interest in body fitness because now my body is pale( not very much but some pale compare to normal) i am not jaining any jim because that is very costly for our family and now i am working exercise for 30 min. To 1 hr. But i feels fatigue in few minutes... Although i takes a banana 30 min. before the exercise... Daily routine, 4 am wakeup> fresh> take1 banana> go for running after 30 min.>exercise like pushup, dibs and biceps and triceps exercise> take 1egg after 1/2hr>sleep for 1 hr>goes to the classes and hospital posting>after at 2-3 pm take lunch>at 5pm back home> after 4-5hr take dinner>sleep at 12-12:30am
